Roy F. "Hoot" Gibson, 66, Brookfield, died Monday, Aug. 13, 2012, at his home.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 18, 2012, at Wright-Baker-Hill Funeral Home, Brookfield. The family will receive friends from 1 p.m. until service time Saturday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery, DeWitt.

Roy Forrest Gibson, Jr., was born June 9, 1946, in Brookfield, son of Roy Forrest and Marjorie Allene (Benson) Gibson.
Roy had worked for Rainbow Bread Company, Colonial Bread Company and Sara Lee as a delivery man in the Brookfield area. He was a member of Brookfield Eagles Lodge and Brookfield Elks Lodge where he had served as Exalted Ruler in 1973.
Survivors include two sons, David Lee and Gary Wayne Gibson, Enid, Okla.; one grandson, Cory Gibson, Enid, Okla.; and three sisters, Charlotte and husband, Bill Kirke, Kansas City, and Janet Gibson and Judy and husband, Dan Oakes, Independence.
His parents preceded him in death.
