Have you noticed the beautiful flowers in Ripley Park in Marceline? These flowers have survived the drought because of two citizens who have taken water from Country Club Lake and used it to water the flower pots. All of this work was done in 100-plus-degree temperatures. These two citizens are also volunteers at the Walt Disney Hometown Museum. Take a moment and join the LCL in appreciation of Larry and Sharon Ervie. A special thanks to Inez Johnson for this news tip.
