Brian E. Kelley, 37, Kansas City, Missouri died Wednesday, December 5, 2012 at North Kansas City Hospital.
Funeral services 11:30 a.m. Monday, Northland Cathedral, Kansas City, where the family will receive friends 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. Monday, Dec. 10, 2012. Memorial Services will also be held at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, December 12, 2012, at Park Baptist Church, Brookfield.

He was born January 20, 1975, in Brookfield, son of Leland and Marybeth (Hobbs) Kelley. Brian married Deanna Wright, of Kansas City, on August 7, 1998, in Parkville.
Brian was a Sergeant in the Missouri State Highway Patrol, stationed at Troop H, St. Joseph, from 2001-2006. He then transferred to Troop A serving in Platte County as Zone Sergeant and was a member of Troop A SWAT & Honor Guard. He was a member of the North Heartland Community Church and Missouri State Troopers Association.
Survivors include his wife, of the home; son, Ethan Christopher Kelley, and daughter, Brynn LeeAnn Kelley, of the home; brother, Kevin (Cassi) Kelley, Holts Summit; sister, Robyn (David) Brinkley; his parents, Leland and Marybeth Kelley, Brookfield; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his maternal and paternal grandparents.
