Hey everyone! This is a place where I can share my insights of the world of physical education. I have taught in small country schools, private schools, and am currently teaching in a public school in downtown Los Angeles. I have been the physical education department and have been in schools where there were 11 physical educators. I want to learn, grow, and share and have you come along on the ride with me to impact the youth of the world.

How do I keep active look at the picture to the right. Plus a whole lot more!

RuPaul and Marg Helgenberger | Photo Credits: Logo

When you make as many millions as Marg Helgenberger did during her 12 seasons on CSI, you say yes to projects because they seem fun. So in April, this longtime fan of RuPaul's Drag Race will be a judge on an episode of the Logo hit (Season 5 premieres on January 28). In one competition, the drag queens must make gowns out of candy, a real challenge when you consider I witnessed a licorice dress melt under the hot stage lights. Other judges and special guests this season include Camille Grammer, Juliette Lewis, Kristen Johnston, Paulina Porizkova, Chaz Bono, La Toya Jackson, Celebrity Apprentice's Aubrey O'Day, Knots Landing vet Joan Van Ark, Jamie-Lynn Sigler, Wilmer Valderrama and attorney Gloria Allred.

So where does Helgenberger go from here? She's turned down several recurring roles since leaving CSI because, she says, "I was on one of the best procedurals, so the bar was raised pretty high." And while she's hesitant to reprise her role as Catherine to solve a routine crime, the actress says that if the writers came up with something special, she'd welcome a call. "Transferring to the FBI was a big thing for Catherine, so the return would have to be worthy," she adds, suggesting "some international threat that opens Las Vegas up to the world."
