Charles Muck, 90, Meadville, died Thursday, Dec. 20, 2012, at Livingston Manor, Chillicothe.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 22, 2012, at Wright-Baker-Hill Funeral Home, Meadville, with his grandson-in-law, Andrew Brown, officiating. The family will receive friends from 10 a.m. until service time Saturday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Mount Olive Cemetery, west of Purdin.

Charles Richard was born August 17, 1922, in Hale, son of Eugene and Frances (Dudley) Muck. June 10, 1944, he married Darlyne Engleman.
Charles was a farmer and had worked at Meadville Lumber Yard and later Cornett Farm. He was a member os Haseville United Methodist Church, and was a US Army veteran of World War II serving in the Pacific Theater.
Survivors include his wife, Darlyne, of the home; two sons and a daughter-in-law, Robert Muck, Linneus, and Randy and Deon Muck, Macon; two grandsons, Shawn Muck, Linneus, and Bradley Muck, Macon; a granddaughter and her husband, Mallory and Andrew Brown, Springfield; one sister and brother-in-law, Helen and Orville Buckman, Meadville; one brother-in-law, Owen Kehr, Meadville; and several nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and one sister, Lois Kehr.
