Geraldine West, 88, Marceline, and a former Brunswick resident died Tuesday, Jan. 22, 2013, at the Boone Hospital Center, Columbia.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, January 26, 2013, at Breshears Memorial Chapel, Brunswick, with Gail Brown officiating. Visitation will be from 1 p.m. until service time Saturday at the chapel. Burial will be in Lakeside Cemetery, Sumner. Pallbearers will be Rodney Swan, Travis Hawkins, Eric Wilson, Jeff McCollum, Joe Swan, David Lynn Kent, Doug Horne, Ben Reid and Jason Horne.

Geraldine was born October 13, 1924, in Pattonsburg, daughter of Eli and Edna Hardin. She was married to Clarence Hobert Lowrey in 1940. He preceded her in death in 1955. She later was married to Everett West. He preceded her in death on January 29, 1986.
She had been housekeeper and a homemaker. She was a Christian.
Survivors include two daughters, Catherine M. Kent, Marceline, and June (West) Siefkas, Brookfield; seven grandchildren, Sherry Swan, Robin Horne, David Kent, Mark Lowrey, Chassity McCollum, Natasha Mammedaty and Alisha McCollum; 17 great-grandchildren and 12 great-great-grandchildren.
She was also preceded in death by her parents; one son, Clarence Herman Lowrey; and four brothers.
