Mary Schreiner, 90, Brookfield, died Wednesday, Feb. 14, 2013, at McLarney Manor, Brookfield.
Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 16, 2013, at Immaculate Conception Church, Brookfield, with Father Jerry Kaimann officiating. Visitation will begin at 1 p.m. today, Feb. 15, 2013, at Wright-Baker-Hill Funeral Home, Brookfield, with the family receiving friends from 5:30 until 8 this evening at the funeral home. A Wake service will be held at 5:30 p.m.

Mary Kathryn was born March 25, 1922, in Hillsboro, N.D., daughter of Frank and Louise (Brehm) Hemberger. On July 8, 1941, she married Leo Schreiner. He preceded her in death September 19, 1988.
Mrs. Schreiner was retired from Brown Shoe Company, Brookfield. She was a member of Immaculate Conception Church and the Altar Society.
Survivors include three children, Ruth Ann Chronister, Kirksville, David and wife, Anita Schreiner, Kansas City, and Jerry and wife, Jintana Schreiner, Fairmont, Neb.; five grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
She was also preceded in death by her parents; one brother, Paul; and five sisters, Loretta, Pauline, Rosella, Margaret and Edna.
