So we're going on our vacation tomorrow...if you can call it that.
Travis and I will be heading to Grand Forks tomorrow. It's a little get-a-way! I'm pretty excited to watch some UND hockey and meet up with some old friends. However, I am terrified of the food. I've been doing so well lately that I don't want to screw it up and eat a whole bunch of terrible food and gain all the weight back. I have been eating a lot of salads lately and know that I can make good choices, it's just having the will power to do so.
Also, there is no gym at the hotel we are staying at. I'm going to try and double my workout tomorrow and Saturday is usually my rest day, so I feel like I'll be ok. I need to believe in myself that I can make good choices. Cross your fingers for me!!!
On another note, I weighed in on Tuesday morning. I was at 286.8. I do believe that's nearly five pounds down! I think it took like a month and a half or so, but still, it's progress!!!
How is everyone else doing? Finding anything that works?
