Kathy Eash, 48, Purdin, died Tuesday, March 12, 2013, at her home.
Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Friday, March 15, 2013, at Locust Creek Mennonite Church, near Linneus. Burial will be in Locust Creek Mennonite Cemetery by the church. The family will receive friends from 1 until 4 p.m. Thursday, March 14, 2013, at the church and from 6 until 8 that evening.
Memorials for her children may be made to Orpha Eash and left at the church or mailed to Wright-Baker-Hill Funeral Home, P.O. Box 496, Brookfield, Mo. 64628.
Kathaleen Kay was born January 1, 1965, in Goshen, Ind., daughter of Wilbur and Orpha (Bontrager) Eash.
Kathy had been a foster parent for the Missouri Department of Family Services in Linn County. She was a member of Locust Creek Church, near Linneus.
Survivors include her sons, Kyle David and Kadrain Jeffery Eash, of the home; her parents, Wilbur and Orpha Eash, Purdin; two sisters and brothers-in-law, Laverda and Peter Snellman, McConnelsville, Ohio, and Mandene and Freeman Miller, Farmington; seven brothers and six sisters-in-law, LaVerne and Carolyn Eash, Cumberland Furnace, Tenn., Jerry and Vera Eash, Auburn, Ky., Marlin and Doris Eash, Jesup, Ga., Jonnie and Freida Eash, Plain City, Ohio, Lonnie and Leona Eash, Lexington, Ind., Ronnie Eash, Plain City, Ohio, and Kenneth and Becky Eash, Woodburn, Ky.; and many uncles, aunts, nephews, nieces, cousins and friends.
