Bob Techau, 60, Bucklin, died Monday, March 18, 2013, at his home.
Funeral services at 1:30 p.m. Thursday, March 21, 2013, at Trinity United Methodist Church, Brookfield, with Rev. Mike White officiating. Visitation will begin at 1 p.m. Wednesday at Wright-Baker-Hill Funeral Home, Brookfield. The family will receive friends from 6 until 8 in the evening at the church. Burial will be in Park Lawn Cemetery in Brookfield.

Robert Delane, was born November 11, 1952, in Macon, son of Wilbur and Vodra (Reynolds) Techau. On January 21, 1973, he married Brenda Falconer.
Bob was a 1970 graduate of Brookfield High School. He was retired from Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railroad where he was a locomotive engineer and was a member of the Brotherhood of Locomotive Engineers and Trainmen. He attended the Trinity United Methodist Church in Brookfield.
Survivors include his wife, Brenda Techau, the home; two sons, Robert Daniel Techau and wife, Kelly, Rockton, Ill., and Bryan Delane Techau, Burlington, Vt.; three grandsons, Max Techau, Burlington, Vt., and Cooper and Carson Techau, Rockton, Ill.; his mother, Vodra Techau, Brookfield; three brothers, Gene Techau and wife, Kathy, Canyon Lake, Texas, Richard Techau and wife, Sherry, Brookfield, and David Techau and wife, Chelly, Wilton, Iowa; and three foster sisters, Ranee Newman and husband, Jerry, Marceline, Sheila Heather, Maryville, and Shellie Ruff and husband, John, Meadville.
He was preceded in death by his father, Wilbur Techau; and his grandparents.
