There are several new vendors for the Senior Expo this year.

Some of the new vendors are Golden Bridges, Walgreens, Sam’s Club, Master Air Heating and Air Conditioning and Big River Pest Control.

There are 75 booths at the sixth annual Senior Expo, which is 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Thursday, April 18 at the Admiral Coontz Recreation Center in Hannibal.

Some of the vendors who have participated for years include: YMCA, James O’Donnell Funeral Home and Beth-Haven.

Stacey Nicholas, RSVP director, said the event gets bigger and better every year. “The Admiral Coontz Recreation Center has been renovated so it’s brighter,” she said. “And we have a lot of great raffle prizes to give away.”

Commemorative tote bags will be given to the first 300 visitors.

The theme for this year’s expo is “It Only Gets Better.”

Senior Expo 2013 is sponsored by Hannibal Parks & Recreation, RSVP at Douglass Community Services, NECAC, Experience Works, the Marion and Ralls County Health Departments and NEILS.
