Ethel Pauline Horn, 95, Browning, died Monday, Sept. 16, 2013, at Milan Health Care Center, Milan.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, Sept. 20, 2013, at Schoene-Ruschmeier Funeral Home, Milan. Visitation will be held from 6-8 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 19, 2013, at the funeral home. Burial will be held at 2:30 p.m. Friday in Memorial Park Cemetery, Moberly.
She was born February 27, 1918, in Mattoon, Ill., daughter of Dola Dalton and Leona Ethel (Zike) Miller. January 16, 1935, in Mattoon, she married Leonard Edward Horn. He preceded her in death August 20, 2000.
Pauline and her husband moved to Browning in 1970 from Mattoon, Ill. They had also lived in Mississippi for a number of years.
Survivors include one son and daughter-in-law, Edward and Colene Horn, Macon; six grandchildren and step-grandchildren, Gene and wife, Kathy Horn, O’Fallon, Lee and wife, Debra Horn, Friendsville, Tenn., Victoria (Horn) and husband, Rob Craigg, Macon, Melissa and husband, Jaafar Najdi, Manderville, La., Stevon and wife, Paula Wood, Milan, and Robert and wife, Heather Wood, Browning; 22 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
She was also preceded in death by her parents; one grandson, Paul Horn; three brothers, Howard, Gene and Wayne Miller; and one sister, Juanita Bean.
