Kenneth E. Wilson, Jr., 72, Marceline, died Thursday, October 17, 2013, at Pioneer Skilled Nursing Center.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 20, 2013, at Delaney Funeral Home, Marceline, with Rev. Brian Baker officiating. Visitation will be held from 6 until 8 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 19, 2013, at the funeral home in Marceline. Burial with military honors will be in the Mt. Olivet Cemetery, Marceline.

Kenneth was born September 7, 1941, in Marceline, son of Kenneth H. and Kathryn (Swinderman) Wilson. He married Margaret Sue Gibbs.
Kenneth was a veteran of the United States Air Force. He had worked for the AT& SF Railroad, City of Marceline and Walsworth Publishing. He was a member of the Pine Ridge Mountain Man Club, Missouri 1st Continental Volunteers, Marceline First Baptist Church, Assistant Scout Master, Boy Scouts Scout Master of Explorer Troop, and a Marceline resident all his life.
Survivors include his wife, Sue, of the home in Marceline; two sons, Troy and Barb Wilson, Marshall; and Todd and Connie Wilson, Marceline; mother-in-law, Mary Gibbs, Midland, Texas; brother, Kevin John Wilson, Marceline; two brothers-in-law, Noah Riley, Bucklin and Wayne and Thelma Gibbs, Midland, Texas; sister-in-law, Peggy Wilson, Marceline; grandchildren, Lisa and Steve Evans, Josh Viets, and Clayton and Ashley Wilson; two great grandchildren, Cail and Caitlyn Evans, and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Keith Earl Wilson; sister, Kora Arlene Riley; and father-in-law, Evander Gibbs.
