Lawrence Wiley, 68, Brookfield, died Monday, Dec. 2, 2013, at the University Hospital in Columbia.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, Dec. 6, 2013, at at Wright-Baker-Hill Funeral Home, Brookfield, with Rev. Richard Davis officiating. Visitation will be Friday with the family receiving friends from 10 a.m. until service time. Burial will be in Grantsville Cemetery, near Purdin.

Lawrence Albert was born September 22, 1945, in Brookfield, son of George and Dorothy (Cooper) Wiley.
Mr. Wiley was a 1965 graduate of Brookfield High School. He worked as a newspaper distributor for the Kansas City Star and also delivered for the Daily News Bulletin.
Survivors include his mother, Dorothy Wiley, Brookfield; a daughter, Jennifer Alsbury and husband, Rusty, Brookfield; a son, Hank Wiley and fiancée, Angela Craig, both of Jefferson City; 13 grandchildren; three brothers, James Wiley, and Donald Wiley, both of Brookfield, and Ronald Wiley, of the State of Idaho; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father, George Wiley; two sisters, Fern Wiley and Martha Anderson; and two brothers, Curtis Wiley and Jeffrey Wiley.
