Ervin Windsor, 91, Sumner, died Friday, Dec. 20, 2013, at Boone Hospital Center, Columbia.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, Dec. 24, 2013, at Rhodes Funeral Home with Gail Brown officiating. Visitation will begin at 9 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral home with the family receiving friends from 10 a.m. until service time. Burial with military honors will be in Lakeside Cemetery, Sumner.

Ervin was born April 1, 1922, in Sumner, son of Daniel and Nancy (Miles) Windsor. He was married to Beulah Dysart. She preceded him in death.
Survivors include his daughter and son-in-law, Sandra and Bob Taylor, Sedalia; grandchildren, Lonnie and wife, Amy Douglas, Brookfield, and Michele and wife, Ron Blevins, Wiggins, Miss.; great-grandchildren, Whitney Bell, Natosha Wolfe, Kylie Douglas, Brandson Blevins, Lucas Blevins, Olivia Blevins, and Chelsea Blevins; great-great-grandson, Nathaniel Wolfe; sisters, Lila Davis, Sumner, and Ella Dowell, Kansas City; several nieces, nephews, cousins, and other relatives.
He was also preceded in death by his parents, two sisters, two brothers, and one grandchild.
