Boundaries for Congress, State Senate & House
Citizens and candidates await the court’s decision for new boundaries to be drawn.  Lawsuits on the legality of the rules of the constitution concerning the drawing of the boundaries have resulted in the court ruling that new maps will be drawn.  
February 28th is the first date for filing in the contest and many feel that those deadline dates will be setback.
This Week in the House     
Action was completed for HB1140 and HB1135 and will be sent to the senate.
HB1140 concerns city and county government’s responsibility to present in internet capability financial data to the state’s website.
HB1135 relating to administrative rules will result in dismantling present administrative rules and adopting new rules only with legislative approval.
