Burial was in Elliott Grove Cemetery, Brunswick, with military honors provided by Rucker-McAllister Post #7 American Legion. Pallbearers were Bryan Newsom, Aaron McCoppin, Scott and Stacy Singleton, Pat McDaniel and Chris Sanders. Honorary pallbearers were  Luke Bennet, L.T.
