Nellie M. Cox, 95, Marceline, died Wednesday, March 3, 2010, at Pershing Memorial Hospital.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, March 6, 2010, at Delaney Funeral Home, Marceline, with Rev. David Stahl officiating. Visitation will be held from 10 a.m. until service time Saturday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Siloam Chapel Cemetery, rural Mendon. Pallbearers will be Butch and Cameron Cox, Mike and Mick Niemeier, John Koehl and Don Broadway.

Nellie was born November 15, 1914, in Cairo, daughter of James P. and Nannie (Powell) Bosley. She married Olin L. Cox, January 7, 1933, in Brunswick. He preceded her in death September 7, 1994.
Nellie had worked at Walsworth Publishing Company. She was a member of Siloam Chapel United Methodist Church and had resided at Bristol Manor, Marceline, the past seven years.
Survivors include a son and daughter-in-law, James and Sharon Cox, Marceline; a sister, Carrie Stoner, Independence; three grandchildren, Butch and Pam Cox, Angie and Mike Niemeier, Marceline, and Missy Cox, Trenton; 12 great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
She was also preceded in death by her parents, four sisters, and one brother.
