Erma Mae Evans, 77, Brookfield, died Wednesday, Feb. 24, 2010, at Pershing Memorial Hospital, Brookfield.
Graveside services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, March 3, 2010, in Glaston Cemetery, Ethel, with Rev. Ron Adrian officiating. Viewing will be held until 5 p.m. today, March 1, 2010, at Rhodes Funeral Home, Brookfield.

Erma Mae was born May 21, 1932, in Peoria, Ill., daughter of Bill and Evelyn (Williams) Hiland. She married John Evans. He preceded her in death.
Erma worked as a cashier.
Survivors include four brothers, Ed Truitt, Dadesville, Donald Truitt, Independence, and James Smith and John Truitt, Brookfield; one sister, Norma Payne and companion, Frank Sisinni, Orlando, Fla.; several cousins, and other relatives.
She was also preceded in death by her parents; and companion, Harold Biswell.
