Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 6, 2010, at Lindley Funeral Home, Chillicothe. Family visitation will be held from 12:30 p.m. until service time Saturday at the funeral home. Friends may visit from 8 a.m.-9 p.m. Friday, Feb. 5, 2010, at the funeral home and from 8 a.m. until service time Saturday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Elmwood Cemetery, Linneus.

She was born August 13, 1974, in Arlington Heights, Ill., daughter of Wilfred E. and Linda (Admire) Johnson, Jr. She married Tony Truitt, September 24, 1994, in Linneus.
Cindy worked as a bookkeeper at Community Options and Hedrick Medical Center, Chillicothe. She was a member of First Baptist Church, Linneus.
Survivors include her mother, Linda Johnson, Chillicothe; one daughter, Paige Truitt, Chillicothe; one brother, Larry McGrew, Arkansas; two sisters, Robin Garibay and husband, Brookfield, and Terri Brown and husband, Indianapolis, Ind.; maternal grandparents, Howard and Louise Admire, Brookfield; several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her father.
