Mrs. Ethel V. Bailey, 60, Anderson, formerly of Marceline, died Tuesday, Aug. 5, 2008, at her home.
Funeral services were held Friday, Aug. 8, 2008, at Ozark Funeral Home, Anderson. Burial will be at a later date.
Ethel was born November 27, 1947, in Carrollton, daughter of Gordon and Virginia (McBratney) Morey. She married Bruce Bailey, November 16, 1992.
She was raised in Carrollton and was a 1965 graduate of Carrollton High School. She worked as an L.P.N. for several years.
Survivors include her husband, Bruce, of the home; a daughter, Melissa Lance and husband, Noel; two sons, Matt York, Neosho, and Mitch York, Goodman; three grandsons; four granddaughters; several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents; a sister, Mary Morey; two brothers, Dale and Richard Morey; her grandparents, George and Sadie (Darr) Morey, and John and Ethel McBratney; and an uncle, Glen McBratney.
