Evelyn Morse, 90, Chillicothe, formerly of Brookfield and Bucklin, died Monday, Aug. 25, 2008, at Morningside Center, Chillicothe.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, Aug. 29, 2008, at Wright-Baker-Hill Funeral Home, Brookfield, with Rev. Rex Leppin officiating. Visitation will begin at 9 a.m. Friday at the funeral home. The family will receive friends from 12:30 p.m. until service time Friday. Burial will be in Rose Hill Cemetery, Brookfield.

Rose Evelyn was born March 13, 1918, in Cowling, Ill., daughter of William and Rovilla (Beard) Waddle. She married Clyde Arthur Morse, July 22, 1945. He preceded her in death September 4, 1999.
Mrs. Morse was a homemaker and had worked as a machine operator at Snap On Tools in Illinois, and at Whitaker Cable Company, Brookfield.
Survivors include three sons and two daughters-in-law, David Otis and Lisa Richardson, Grandview, Donald Lynn and Gillian Morse, Blue Springs, and Alan Bradley Morse, Chillicothe; seven grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
She was also preceded in death by two sons, Clyde Michael and Steven Roger Morse; two brothers, Jack and Norman Waddle; and two sisters, Mabel Waddle and Bonnie Purdy.
