Mitchel LeRoy Williamson, Jr., 54, Marceline, died Sunday, Feb. 7, 2010, at Pershing Memorial Hospital, Brookfield.
Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 11, 2010, at Wright-Baker-Hill Funeral Home, Brookfield, with Rev. Brian Butler officiating. Visitation will begin at 1 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 10, 2010, at the funeral home with a Masonic Service at 6 p.m. and the family receiving friends from 6-8 that evening at the funeral home.
Memorials to the American Heart Association may be left at or mailed to Wright-Baker-Hill Funeral, P.O. Box 496, Brookfield, Mo. 64628.
Mitchel LeRoy was born March 11, 1955, in Kansas City, Kan., son of Mitchel LeRoy and Lela Ruth (Divine) Williamson. He married Connie Jo McDonald, June 5, 1975.
Mr. Williamson received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Aeronautical Engineering in 1978 from the School of the Ozarks and worked as a certified mechanic for Ryan Aviation at the Aeroframe Power Plant, Dayton, Ohio. For the last  25 years he had been purchasing agent for the south plant of Walsworth Publishing Company, Marceline. He was a member of Marceline Masonic Lodge where he was Past Master.
Survivors include his wife, Connie, of the home; one son and daughter-in-law, John Mitchel and Justin Williamson, Brookfield; two grandchildren, Gabrielle Robyn Watson and Julianna Storm Williamson, Brookfield; one sister-in-law, Annette Williamson, Kansas City, who was also his Godmother; and his Godfather, David Bailey, Clinton.
He was preceded in death by one son, Mitchel Leroy Williamson, III; his parents; one brother, Norman Williamson; and one sister, Maxine Blankinship.
