The events started at 2 p.m. on an absolutely wonderful afternoon for a track meet. Kiera competed against free throw shooters from Wisconsin, New York, South Dakota, Kansas, Michigan, West Virginia, Washington, Maine, Georgia, California and Texas.   Kiera  shot a perfect 25/25 free throws and was crowned the 2013 National Elks Hoop Shoot Champion for 8-9 year old girls.
