The northeast Missouri all-district basketball teams chosen by a panel of sportswriters were officially released on Tuesday, and the Linn County area was modestly represented.

Meadville freshman Kiera Holcer, who led her team in scoring by nearly a dozen points per game at just over 18, was selected to the Class 1 all-district first team, while Bucklin/Macon County 1000-point scorer Kellen Robertson was atop the second team.

Meadville junior Dillon Seckington was granted first-team honors, averaging just under 18 points per night to go with six boards, and dynamic Linn County junior Jase White joined him despite missing several weeks with injury. Meadville's Jordan Schmitz found a spot on the second team.

Despite a disappointing out in the second round of the district tournament, Meadville's two boys named to the list is tied for most at the Class 1 level with Madison and North Shelby.

No Marceline athletes were represented on the list at the Class 2 level.

On the Class 3 teams, Brookfield's sole representative was sophomore guard Cassi Conard.

Of the Linn County high school athletes named to the all-district lists, Robertson is the only one ineligible to return for the 2018-2019 season.
