Last week, the Meadville Eagles and Lady Eagles wrapped up their regular seasons with a trip to Brunswick. The teams came away with a pair of wins, and the Eagles ended their regular season with an undefeated record.
In the opener, the Lady Eagles took control from the tip-off, and won 57-21. Hillary Maberry had 16 points, Kellie Sargent had 12, both Kendra Holcer and Kayla Smith had eight, Kaylen Holcer had four, and Beth Crosser, Becca Zell, and Brittni Palmer had two.
In the nightcap, the Eagles trailed after one quarter by four, but won this game 65-51. Cody Smith had 22 points, Willie Howe had 15, Cole Seifert had 11, Rick Tate had eight, Jake Dinsmore had five, and both Lee Young and Keaton Duncan had two.
