The second leading rusher in Linn County football history has signed a letter of intent to play college football. Matthew Bell, seated at center, considered a multitude of offers from different colleges, but chose to trade in Tiger Black for Truman State University Purple. “I’m going to miss playing for Marceline,” said Bell. “It’s going to be strange to be a Bulldog.” Seated above are (l-r) John Bell (Father), Matthew, Donna Bell (Mother), and Ciarrah Bell (Sister).
