Last week, the Brookfield basketball program traveled to Huntsville for their regular season finale against Westran.
The Lady Dogs won their game to give them momentum headed into the post-season.
The Lady Dogs took an early lead 13-5 after one quarter. Quinsie Gall had six points in the frame. At the half, Brookfield was up big, 27-11. Gall and Amanda Slater both had three points in the quarter.
The Dogs lost the nightcap to Westran, despite three double-figure scorers.
Brookfield trailed 36-20 after one quarter, with Blake Williams scoring all 18 of his points in the frame.
