Brookfield Residents Asked To Vote “Yes” To Continue Taxes That Fund City Projects

Voters in the City of Brookfield are being asked to vote “yes” to continue tow taxes already previously approved by voters in 1992 and the other in 1998. The two issues are on the ballot as “Proposition A” and “Proposition B”. “Neither of these are a new tax; they are a continuation of a sales tax,” Brookfield City Administrator Dana Tarpening said.
