Six Units present with a total of 14 members and 2 guest, District 1 President, Linda Maddox and Department President Victoria Ornelas. Regular business was taken care of, it was noted that just one Unit as of meeting hadn’t sent their remittance dues into the District Treasurer yet. President will be notifying that Unit of this matter for a third time. Committee Chairman present gave their committee report. Historian reported only one Unit History book (Unit 57) was brought to be judged to go to Department convention in July. Report on membership, District 2 is at 93.02%, we are in second place in our Division (Northwest) and Northwest Division is in fourth place for now. Audit was done on Treasurer’s financial checks and bank statements.
