Smithsonian exhibit to come to Brookfield in 2024
Brookfield has been chosen as one of the locations where Missouri tour of Crossroads: Change in Rural America, an exhibition from the Smithsonian Institution will be held. The exhibit will be in Brookfield in the back of the Brookfield license office from February 4 – March 17, 2024.

Marceline Food Pantry announces Spring Calendar dates The Marceline Coordinated Welfare Council has announced the Spring 2023 calendar dates for the Marceline Food Pantry. The Spring 2023 dates are as follows— February 20, March 6 & 20, April 3 & 17 and May 1 & 15.
Marceline Lady Tigers Battle to Two More Triumphs

In league play last Thursday at Huntsville, after having a 6-points halftime advantage dwindle to a lone tally after three quarters, the Lady Tigers got what they needed – a final stanza similar, in terms of points production, to what carried them to victory two nights earlier at home against Novinger.

The Chillicothe Elks Gun and Knife Outdoor Show will be held this coming Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, Feb. 10-12, at their fine facility on Ryan Lane in southeast Chillicothe.
