Marceline Students Recognized as PreACT Rising Stars

Marceline R-V students have been recognized for their academic achievement through the PreACT Rising Stars program, which highlights students who performed among the highest on the PreACT exam.

Amelia Floyd earned the distinction of PreACT Distinguished Scholar, placing in the top 5 percent of highest-scoring students.

Several students were named PreACT Rising Scholars for scoring within the next 10 percent of top performers. Those students include Marshal Barnett, Jaxon Dorrell, Tayte Ewigman, Joseph Peck, Orin Williams, and Joseph Wright.

The PreACT Early Scholars recognition, awarded to students in the next 35 percent of highest scorers, went to Kollyn Baker, Kymber Barrett, Dakota Burgener, Kalli Cordray, Leland DeWitt, Izzy Dodd, Madi Eastin, Alex Ewigman, Max Evans, Jace Freeman, Nolan Green, Oliver Lockwood, Sylas Markov, Bennie Miller, Kilvyn Pettit, Tanner Sailor, Angelyna Sanders, and Iris Smith.

District leaders expressed pride in the students’ dedication and achievements, noting that this recognition is only the beginning of their academic journeys and future opportunities.
