Sunday evening, February 19, 2023, at the American Legion Green Hills Post 57 hall, Post Commander Wayne Kitchen presented Ralph Thomas a plaque for attending the most Post 57 military rites and James Lee Jenkins was presented a plaque as having attended the most Post 57 monthly meetings in 2022. Members also voted to have a youth fishing derby at Marceline Country Club Lake and a 5K event in August 2023. Pictured is Ralph Thomas, Commander Wayne Kitchen and James Lee Jenkins.
