The Missouri Department of Transportation (MoDOT) will host a public meeting in Brookfield to discuss upcoming bridge deck replacement projects in Grundy and Linn counties. The project includes bridge deck replacements on the Grundy County Highway E bridge over the Medicine Creek Drainage Ditch, the Linn County Highway U bridge over Long Branch and the Linn County Highway B bridge over Parsons Creek.
The open-house meeting will discuss the three bridge projects on Thursday, May 22, at the Brookfield High School (124 N Pershing Dr., Brookfield, MO 64628). Attendees are welcome to come any time between 3:30 and 5:30 p.m.
The meeting will allow the public to share their thoughts and concerns about the design for the bridge projects and to provide comments, either directly to the engineers or through a comment form. No formal presentation will be made.
