Main Street Brookfield in partnership with the City of Brookfield has established an annual Façade Matching Grant program for businesses and/or building owners in the historic Brookfield corridor. Applications were accepted and recipients were notified of their selection in February. The first 2023 grant recipient is Monica Baker with Shelter Insurance for her completed project, a new building awning at 222 North Main Street.
