A warrant was issued for Brookfield resident, Cheyenne Graff, on Oct. 15. The same day Linn County Prosecuting Attorney filed two felony charges against Graff, Class E felony of domestic assault in the third degree, and Class E felony of unlawful use of a weapon.
According to the complaint filed online the alleged assault occurred between August 1, 2024 and August 21, 2024, in Linn County.
The complaint, found on The Missouri Courts website Case.net stated that Graff “knowingly caused physical pain to Victim 1 by striking the face and left ear of victim with his hand multiple times, during a single course of conduct.”
The online documents also stated the alleged incident that lead to the unlawful use of a weapon charge happened between September 1, 2022 and September 30, 2022. It is stated that he “knowingly exhibited, in the presence of one or more persons, a Glock .45 firearm, a weapon readily capable of lethal use, in an angry or threatening manner.”
He was given a $5,000 bond,
As of Wednesday’s deadline the online courts system did not list a court date.
