Recently, Hudson Schmitt and Kennedi Newman were named Marceline Middle and High School Students of the Week. Schmitt’s activities include football, track, golf and FFA. He enjoys sailing in his spare and spending time with friends and family. Newman’s activities include softball, basketball, track, FBLA, and FCCLA. November 24th the day before Thanksgiving a fire broke out at the at the residence of Carole Brien, living with Carole is her granddaughter Danielle Wooten and her 5 year old son Oliver. Their home was a total loss and they only got out with the clothes on their backs.
