Tigers start Scholar Bowl season
The Marceline Tigers opened Scholar Bowl season by playing in the PAWS 23 tournament at Palmyra. The two attending Marceline teams and had eight games each.
Brookfield Senior Center Menu
There is a $3 suggested contribution for meals for those 60 years and over and $6.75 cost for meals for those 59 years and under. Meals are delivered Monday thru Friday, from 10:30 a.m., – 12 p.m., except on holidays.
Marceline Nutrition Center menu
The Marceline Nutrition Center is located at 229 W. Hauser. Please call ahead at 660-376-3103 to reserve a carry-out meal, which will be ready at 11 a.m. Dine-in meals begin at 11:30 a.m. Suggested contribution is $3 per meal. 8 oz. lowfat milk is offered at every meal.

Freezin’ for a Reason!
The 16th Annual Polar Plunge will take place at 1 p.m., on February 11, in Simpson Park. Brave men and women from around the area will don disco-themed costumes and swimwear and take “polar” dips into freezing water.
