Wade Merle Coorts, 88, was welcomed into the Kingdom of Heaven, Sunday, January 16th, 2022. Wade was born in Emden, Illinois on April 17th, 1933, to Ralph A. Coorts and Hannah T. (Wubben) Coorts. On May 8th, 1954, Wade married the love of his life, Marilyn Maxine Karnes. Their marriage was blessed with two daughters: Pamela and Kathy. Wade and Marilyn were married for 66 years at the time of her passing in 2021.

Phyllis L. Baxley, 91, formerly of Brookfield and Marceline Missouri, passed away January 19, 2022 at Louisburg Health Care.

Leo Carlisle Benskin, 76 years old, of Milan, Missouri, passed away Sunday, January 23, 2022 at Putnam County Memorial Hospital in Unionville. Leo was born September 12, 1945, West of Browning, Missouri to Russell and Helen (Hicks) Benskin.

Melissa Hicks went to be with the Lord on Thursday afternoon, January 13, 2022 in her home with her mother by her side. She put up a valiant fight with renal cancer until the very end. She was so loved and will be terribly missed.

Joan A. Gross, 93, of Fort Madison, IA, passed away on Monday, January 24, 2022 at 8:00 AM at the Kensington.

John M Perry, 93 of Kansas City and formerly of Brookfield, passed away January 10, 2022 at the St. Luke’s Hospice House in Kansas City, MO.

Lydia Marie Jansen, 23, passed away on Wednesday, January 12, 2022 at her home in Brookfield, MO. Lydia was born on September 12, 1998 in Marshall, MO, the daughter of Kenneth and Kathy (Pittman) Jansen.
