Brookfield High School will have participants in Missouri’s girls wrestling state tournament this coming week, thanks to the performance’s of this trio at Wentzville last weekend. Oscarina Jackson, left, a 2021 state tournament qualifier, not only won her way back to state, but will go as a 174-pounds division district champion. Riley Howell, right, also earned a district championship, prevailing at 159 pounds. The third Lady Bulldog headed to the Feb. 17-19 state tourney at the University of Missouri-Columbia’s Mizzou Arena is Mya Sackrey, who captured third place at 130 pounds by winning her last four bouts after a championship-quarterfinals loss. Jackson heads to state with a 28-1 record, Howell a 34-4 mark, and Sackrey at 27-5.
