Marceline High to Depart Half-Century Conference Home

MARCELINE — An historic and unanimous decision this past Monday means Marceline High School sports teams and other co-curricular and extracurricular activities will have a new competitive home year after next. BHS Basketball Teams Reach Christmas with Inverse Marks

TRENTON — The opportunity for Brookfield High School's basketball teams to the holiday period on winning notes was seized by the Lady Bulldogs Tuesday night, but not by the boys. After BHS’ Lady Bulldogs used a 15–6 second quarter to gain control of their lone appearance in this year’s “High School Holiday Hoops” shootout hosted by the North Central Missouri College Foundation en route to their 44-30 decision over the Trenton Lady Bulldogs, the BHS boys tumbled into a 15-points ditch after the first quarter and were still there at game’s end, falling to Trenton 57-42.
