Emily Rose Hamilton, age 32 of Marceline, died Sunday, February 5, 2023 at her home. Emily was born on March 30, 1990 in Jacksonville, Florida to Regina Kay Hamilton and Jeffery Scott Burns. Emily was a graduate of Marceline R5 High School and had worked at Walsworth Publishing Company.

She is survived by her parents, Regina and Mike Paalhar of Marceline, father Jeffrey Burns of Brookfield, two children, Krymzon and Seger, brother Austin Paalhar and Heather of Marceline, sister Abby Jackson and Tyler of Eldon, grandparents, William “Peewee” and Rosemary Hamilton of Marceline, Ron and Rose Paalhar of Brookfield, and John and Vicky Willis of Kansas City, MO, nieces and nephews, Hadley, Huxley and Haizley Paalhar of Marceline, Braxton and Navy Jackson of Eldon, uncles and aunts, Ralph and Dana Hamilton, Junior and Mary Hamilton, all of Marceline, Don and Sheila Paalhar of Brookfield, Daniel and Melissa Paalhar of Marceline, Rodney and Jennifer Burns, and Ashley Paalhar, all of Brookfield.

Visitation will be from 2-4 PM Saturday, February 11, 2023 at Delaney Funeral Home in Marceline. Private family burial will be in Elmwood Cemetery at a later date. Memorials may be made to the Marceline Parks and Recreation Fund and mailed to 1720 N. Missouri Ave., Marceline, MO 64658.
