The Marceline Father McCartan School held a spaghetti supper fundraiser Wednesday evening, February 1, 2023. Special guest speaker was Doctor Gregory Thompson, a parishioner at St. Peter Church in Marshall, who retired from being Superintendent of Schools in Southern Missouri. Doctor Thompson spoke on catholic religious relics. A relic is a piece of the body of a saint, an item owned or used by the saint, or an object which has been touched to the tomb of a saint. Doctor Gregory Thompson is pictured speaking at the Father McCartan fundraiser.
