Marceline Ready for Wine & Art Stroll Tomorrow

MARCELINE – Downtown Marceline is preparing to welcome guests for one of its most anticipated community celebrations — the 13th Annual Wine & Art Stroll, happening Aug. 23, from 4-8 p.m. The event invites visitors to sip, stroll, and take in an evening filled with local flavor, art, and entertainment.

Guests will be treated to samples from Missouri wineries, distilleries, and breweries, with vendors such as Walnut Creek Winery, SkullSplitter Spirits, Windy Wine, St. James Winery, and more lining Main Street USA. Food favorites from local restaurants and vendors will also be available, including Marceline Pizza Co., Ma Vic’s Corner Café, Sugar Rush, Olive Sage Charcuterie and Cove Delights Bakery.

Art will play a central role in the evening as plein-air artists display their works from 5-6:30 p.m. in front of the NOMO Gallery, with judging to follow. Adding to the atmosphere, live music will fill Main Street throughout the night with performances by Lacey Michalevich, Matt Hunter, and Mike Jones.

The evening doesn’t end when the stroll does — guests are invited to keep the celebration going at the official after party at OK Tavern with DJ Tracy Lane.

Organizers remind attendees to enjoy responsibly and plan for a designated driver. Tickets purchased online come with the bonus of a free wine bag, making the experience even more memorable. With food, wine, art, and music woven together in the heart of Marceline, this year’s Wine & Art Stroll promises to be a night to remember.

Those in attendance are encouraged to bring their own lawn chairs. Outside food and drink is not allowed.
