Pershing Health System is inviting residents of Linn County and surrounding areas to participate in its 2024-2025 Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA) Survey. This survey is a vital tool that allows community members to share their perspectives on local health concerns, available resources, and healthcare services, helping shape the future of health in the area.

The survey takes approximately 15 minutes to complete and provides an opportunity for residents to voice their opinions on essential health topics affecting their families and the broader community. Pershing Health System aims to use this feedback to identify local health priorities and improve services for Linn County and neighboring communities.
