Phyllis L. Baxley, 91, formerly of Brookfield and Marceline Missouri, passed away January 19, 2022 at Louisburg Health Care.

Phyllis was preceded in death by her parents Steve and Vina Kitchen, eight brothers and sisters: Goldie, Mildred, Sylvia, Marjorie, George Dale, Guy, Joivan, Junior and husband Dan A. Baxley Jr.
